He’s trained athletes at every level—from collegiate programs at Clemson, Bucknell, Mizzou, and beyond, to the most elite Special Operations Forces. He’s guided people through powerlifting meets, ultramarathons, and extreme tactical selection, mastering the art of unleashing potential.

A guided weekly training plan with 4 strength sessions and 3 conditioning sessions, structured to develop strength, endurance, and durability without compromise
