Cody is the coach who walks the path beside you, pushes limits, and brings out the best in every athlete he trains. A lifelong competitor, his journey began in wrestling and grew into a relentless passion for strength and conditioning. He has trained athletes at every level, from collegiate programs at Clemson, Bucknell, and Mizzou to the most elite Special Operations Forces. He has guided people through powerlifting meets, ultramarathons, and extreme tactical selections, mastering the art of unleashing potential.

He trains alongside his athletes, challenges them to suffer well, and builds a confidence that carries them past limits they once thought were impossible.
