Get to Know Cayt

Cayt has been coaching and training for nearly a decade, with a background in Exercise Science and Precision Nutrition. She grew up with a healthy curiosity and passion for exercise & nutrition, but like many women, her relationship with fitness eventually became tied to control, performance, and appearance. As her faith deepened and she faced a medical emergency just before her wedding, her perspective shifted completely. Health was no longer about earning worth, but about stewarding the life and body God had given her. Today, she believes we were made well to live well, and she helps women bridge the gap between their values and their habits to build strength, resilience, and sustainable routines that support their faith, family, and real life without chasing perfection or performance.
