Cayt has been passionate about wellness from a very young age. She grew up swimming, playing sports, and watching her dad work out in the basement, where she would join him for early morning workouts. Her curiosity about fitness and nutrition started early, but through high school and college it became unhealthy, leading to struggles with disordered eating and a distorted view of health as a way to control or change her body. Over the years, Cayt’s faith has reshaped that perspective. She learned that her value doesn’t come from productivity, performance, or appearance, but from being created by God. Life is a gift, and the body is a miracle—she believes we are called to steward it well through daily choices in how we sleep, eat, move, serve, and show up for others.

While strength has always been a love of hers—Cayt has deadlifted nearly 400 pounds at 120 pounds body weight, competed in multiple powerlifting meets, and completed two 50k ultramarathon races—nothing compares to her passion for helping others steward their health. With a degree in Exercise Science, a Precision Nutrition certification, and nearly a decade of coaching clients of all ages and backgrounds, she has seen firsthand how small, consistent habits transform health, energy, and life. Cayt’s coaching focuses on holistic health and wellness, helping clients build strength, develop sustainable habits, and live intentionally—empowering them to live well, love well, and serve well in every part of their lives.
