SUSTAINABLE SUMMER CHALLENGE

Summer is meant to be enjoyed — but that doesn’t mean we have to abandon the habits that help us feel our best.

The Sustainable Summer Challenge is a 6-week community challenge built around simple, foundational habits that help you continue pursuing your health, energy, and routines even when life feels busy, social, and less structured.

At Hoopie Strength & Conditioning, we believe in the relentless pursuit of excellence through ordinary daily actions. This challenge is not about perfection, extremes, or starting over every Monday. It is about building consistency, practicing stewardship, and learning how to maintain healthy standards through real life.

Throughout the 6 weeks, we will focus on the same core habits daily while encouraging one larger intentional habit each week centered around recovery, relationships, and slowing down.

Daily Habits:
• Move intentionally for 30+ minutes
• Eat 3 servings of protein
• Drink your daily water goal
• Spend 10+ minutes outside
• Practice an evening boundary of your choice (reading, stretching, limiting screens, etc.)

Weekly “Big” Habits May Include:
• Self-care or recovery activity
• Meal prep
• Mobility session
• Date night or time with friends
• Screen-free day
• Intentional rest
