Choose your path:
Foundations – If you’re brand new to lifting, our FOUNDATIONS plan is most likely the best fit for you. But it’s not designed to be a place where you hang out forever. The goal is for you to become confident, build the habit, and then propel forward.
Lifestyle – Next up is our LIFESTYLE plan which is perfect for anyone moving up from FOUNDATIONS or already pretty confident grabbing some weights. We continue working on the fundamentals but turn it up a notch. Strength and conditioning days are pretty well balanced to cover all the bases in the most efficient way.
Barbell Babes –Finally, our BARBELL BABES plan is built for the ladies with a good bit of experience and passion for lifting weights. You are tired of all of the silly programs out there and you want an intentionally designed plan to build strength and muscle. Conditioning days are incorporated to maintain a base, but the primary focus is strength training.No fluff. Just smart, effective training designed to help you build strength, confidence, and a body that performs.
